Certificates to document completion of training classes

Certificates are available to document completion of all training classes. These Certificates are in the form of "pdf" files, which can be modified and printed locally. You must have the Adobe PDF reader to modify and print certificates. The reader is available free. Click on the icon above if you need to download and install the reader . Once a certificate is downloaded it will have to be signed by a supervisor or issuing offical and the following Information must be entered:

Student's Name Date, and Title of supervisor or issuing official
